  2. Real 3D V.2 Demo version

  5. This disk 'RealV2Demo' contains a demo version of Real 3D v2.35 
  6. software package. Non-commercial distribution of this disk is
  7. allowed. The differences between this demo version and the full 
  8. commercial package are:  
  9.  
  10. - Maximal scene complexity has been restricted to 200 objects.
  11. - Ray-tracing rendering engine utilizes only restricted amount of
  12.   memory. If the user tries to render a complicated scene, 'Not enough 
  13.   memory' error message is given regardless of the true amount of free
  14.   memory. 
  15. - The demo version can read data from commercial versions, but demo 
  16.   version files cannot be read by normal versions.
  17. - RPL files cannot be written (View/Render/Export RPL is not functional).
  18. - Frame buffer and other 24 bit output support has been removed.
  19. - The rendering engine prints a copyright message to the picture after 
  20.   rendering it.
  21. - Online help has been removed.
  22. - Majority of support material and utilities have been removed, so that
  23.   the version fits into one disk instead of original four disks.
  24. - The version is not copy protected.
